Shoulder Injuries

Injuries to the shoulder can include any of the following:

  • Strained muscles such as deltoid or rotator cuff

  • Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis)

  • Sprained ligaments or injury to joint capsule

  • Scar tissue from chronic problems or previous surgery

Depending on your condition, care may include chiropractic treatment to improve shoulder, cervical, and thoracic joint mobility, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (Graston Technique®), Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), Focused Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) for appropriate chronic tendon conditions, and progressive stretching and strengthening exercises. The goal is to reduce pain, restore normal movement, improve shoulder function, and help you return to your daily activities safely.

SYMPTOMS
