Describe your major complaint and what was done to correct your problem prior to seeing Dr. Forbes: 
“I previously went to a chiropractor for tinnitus. My three appointments were only a “cracking” experience with no change (in symptoms).  There were no x-rays taken.  In time, I had a lot of difficulty sleeping at night. Dr. Forbes took x-rays and determined my atlas was out of position.”

How long have you been suffering from this condition, and how did this affect your life?
“My atlas was out of position for quite awhile, and I had many months filled with 1-3 hours only of sleep. In November 2008, I was also involved in an auto accident – with a sprained ankle and multiple bones out of place in my neck and back.”

How did you hear of Dr. Forbes? 
“Journey to Wellness, Dillsburg.”

Has your problem been helped by Chiropractic, and how has this affected your life?
“ABSOLUTELY!!! Dr. Forbes is only 1 of 7 in Pennsylvania who does Atlas Orthogonal chiropractic.  My atlas is now staying in place, I have no tinnitus, and I am sleeping 7-8 hours at night!  My other bones have all responded very favorably to all treatments without cracking (my neck or back).  I am feeling so great and I delight in telling others who are suffering about our fabulous chiropractor so that they may get help too!”

What originally made you decide to come into our office?
“Recommendation by a friend after whiplash from an auto accident.”

Can you describe how chiropractic care has helped you since beginning treatment at our office?
“I’ve had neck and lower back pain for at least 20-30 years, now the pain is basically gone. I feel like I’m getting younger and stronger, and will continue the exercises and office visits as recommended.  I am very glad I learned about this type of chiropractic care.”

Can you describe how chiropractic care has helped you since beginning treatment at our office?
“I am more aware of what I do physically, such as lifting & bending. And I exercise & stretch the neck and back muscles to prevent any future problems. Which Dr. Forbes showed me how to do properly. I am more aware of proper sitting so I am not slouched over (Dr. Forbes also showed me this).”
