Jami (Gadd) Forbes was born in Decatur, AL but soon after her family relocated to the midwest. She and her two sisters (Kari and Lori) mostly grew up in Charleston, IL with the love and support of their Mother and Father, Rose and Greg Gadd. Jami graduated from Charleston High School. For one year after High School, she attended Eastern Illinois University.
She then transferred to Purdue University, located in West Lafayette, IN. There she earned a Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. That’s where she developed an interest in working in the management and human resources fields.
Eventually she made her way to Davenport, IA where she met and married her husband, Kevin. She was working as a Staffing Consultant at Riverside Staffing Services and Kevin was finishing up his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic.
The couple then moved to Williamstown, WV where Jami worked as the Human Resource Manager for Jani-Source, Inc. which is located across the Ohio River in Marietta, OH.
Then she worked as an Office Assistant at The Sweat Institute for Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic in Atlanta, GA while her husband completed an internship with Dr. Roy Sweat, who is the originator of the Atlas Orthogonal technique. Jami uses the skills obtained, from working with their staff, on a daily basis at Forbes Family Chiropractic, PC.
Most recently, she worked as a Receptionist for Penn Center Systems located here in Mechanicsburg, PA. She was blessed to work with wonderful people but ultimately she decided that she wanted to dedicate herself to Forbes Family Chiropractic, PC.
Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, reading, gardening, watching NASCAR and spending time with family and friends.
